Terms of Use

• DesignZoot allows you to upload images (sketches, gemstones, inspirations, designs) and generate AI-powered jewellery designs.

• Community / Campus Plan users receive limited daily credits; their outputs are public and remix-able by the community.

• Corporate Plan users receive monthly credits; their outputs remain private to them, with access to our curated inspiration library.

• You retain ownership of all images, sketches, and inspirations you upload.

• By uploading, you confirm that you either:

• You agree not to upload content that infringes on third-party rights, violates laws, or contains offensive material.

• You grant DesignZoot a limited license to process your uploads for the purpose of generating designs and improving our service.

• Community / Campus Plan: All generated designs are public. They may be viewed, remixed, or reused by other users.

• Corporate Plan: Generated designs remain private and accessible only to you. DesignZoot will not share them without your permission.

• Access to DesignZoot's curated library of inspirations, gems, and design references is available only to Corporate Plan subscribers.

• You may not copy, redistribute, or resell content from the curated library outside of DesignZoot.

• Free credits expire daily and do not roll over.

• Paid credits reset monthly according to your subscription tier.

• DesignZoot uses third-party AI services to process images. By using DesignZoot, you acknowledge that some uploaded content may be temporarily stored or processed by external providers, and may be used to improve their models.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, especially repeated copyright infringement.

• DesignZoot provides generated outputs "as is." We make no guarantees on accuracy, originality, or fitness for manufacturing.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your designs meet your business and legal requirements.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
